Use of the Site

This website provides information about Voldhaul LLC dba SandHero services and allows interested parties to submit inquiries. Content is for general informational purposes and does not create a contract or guarantee of service unless a separate written agreement is executed.

Form Submissions

When you submit a form you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a form does not obligate Voldhaul LLC dba SandHero to accept any carrier, load, or project.

Communications & Messaging Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to Voldhaul LLC dba SandHero contacting you about that inquiry by phone or email. Submitting a form alone does not provide SMS consent.

We obtain SMS consent separately for the following message types:

• Customer care / operational messages: A separate form captures consent to receive texts about load dispatch, delivery coordination, load updates, and related operational alerts.
• Marketing / work-opportunity messages: You opt in by selecting a separate, optional checkbox for texts about upcoming trucking contracts, work opportunities, and related follow-up communications.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): You opt in through the account authentication process when you choose to receive a verification code by text. These messages contain one-time codes to verify your identity and secure account access.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact dispatch@sandhero.com or 575-201-9545. Opting out may also prevent delivery of SMS verification codes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. That policy addresses Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and offsite form requirements, SMS consent records, and user rights.
