Our entire ownership and management team has first hand oil/gas experience including hauling thousands of loads in North Dakota, Wyoming, Texas, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado.

We can supply sand chassis, hopper bottoms, belly dumps, and step deck trailers to ensure you have the right equipment to be successful as a member of our team.

Carrier Requirements & Pay

We look for carriers and drivers who prioritize safety and reliability.

Standalone Independent Carriers
State or Federal Operating Authority
Insurance: $1M Auto Liability, $50k Cargo, $50k Trailer Interchange
Full FMCSA Compliance with all DQ requirements including driver background checks, UA, safety performance
Fully comply with all SandHero and Client safety and compliance obligations including but not limited to safe work policies, job site rules, host/owner rules
Carrier must field trucks a minimum of 22 days per month to the job

Pay Schedule

Pay is typically two times per week:

Loads hauled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday will be paid by direct deposit on Friday
Loads hauled Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be paid by direct deposit on Tuesday

No splits, no skip weeks.
